A Collaborative, Compassionate Approach to Recovery

I provide virtual substance use disorder (SUD) care that integrates medication management, mental health treatment, and close collaboration with your therapist, counselor, or recovery team — because long-term sobriety takes more than just medication.

We’ll work together to:
✔ Regain stability
✔ Manage cravings
✔ Address the mental health challenges that often go hand-in-hand with addiction — including anxiety, depression, sleep issues, or ADHD.

My goal is to provide accessible, judgment-free care that supports both your recovery and your overall mental wellness.

Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment

Treatment Includes:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including co-occurring mood, anxiety, and sleep issues

  • Lab work as needed

  • Medication management tailored to your history, goals, and side effects

  • Close collaboration with your therapist and/or recovery coach

  • Holistic lifestyle recommendations (nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and stress management)

Note: Outpatient care is not appropriate for all patients. Inpatient treatment may be necessary for stabilization before proceeding with outpatient care.

Common Medications used:

  • Naltrexone (oral) – reduces cravings and the pleasurable effects of alcohol

  • Acamprosate (Campral) – helps with alcohol cravings, especially in early sobriety

  • Topiramate – reduces cravings and supports abstinence

Note: I do not offer injectable treatments (like Vivitrol).

Opioid Use Disorder Treatment

What to Expect:

  • Psychiatric evaluation and full substance use history

  • Suboxone Maintenance

  • Regular follow-ups and dose adjustments

  • Urine drug screening at recommended intervals

  • Coordination with your therapist, counselor, or recovery program

Note: I do not prescribe methadone or administer injectable medications like Sublocade.
